About Lead the Way Foundation
Lead the Way Foundation was established in 2023 by NFL Wide Receiver, Laquon Treadwell, + his wife, Victoria. The mission of Treadwell’s Lead the Way Foundation is to provide leadership and opportunities for underfunded communities across the cities we are planted in such as Chicago, Dallas + Baltimore. We pride ourselves in being on-call + in the communities building + creating better leaders + communities for our youth to grow + learn. Our goal is to help build our youth to be better men + women of the future. Hosting different events, activities, social gatherings + community fundraisers to not only bring the community together, but to bring funding to these children + families that will aid in their life beyond the foundation.
Our primary point of access started in the sports community, but is not limited to that, as we are passionate in providing opportunities + scholarships for education, science + the arts, amongst many other creative outlets.
Fundraising events will surround Laquon’s position as a professional athlete to draw support for the youth with events like “Shop with a Jock,” or our annual Football Camp held in Chicago. Laquon’s career places him in a very unique position to create waves of help + aid to the communities. We believe this is our strength + we will utilize it to be as successful as possible.

Meet the Team
LAQUON TREADWELL
Founder of LTW Foundation
Laquon was born + raised in Chicago + played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels, where he earned second-team All-American honors in 2015 + was the all-time leader in receptions with 202 during the course of three seasons. Laquon was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft + is currently a Wide Receiver for the Baltimore Ravens.

Community + outreach has always been a staple of Laquon's principals during his career + has continuously volunteered with numerous organizations, His passion for activism + giving back is what drove him to establish Lead the Way Foundation.

Underfunded communities are missing out on opportunities that we intend to create for them, as well as educating them on how to seek out + search for opportunities on their own.
LTW Foundation raises funds for the youth in underfunded communities by raising donations through online fundraising, individual donations along with special event fundraising.
